When you connect social media accounts (including TikTok), we store access tokens to post content on your behalf. We only access data necessary to provide the requested features. You can revoke access at any time through the Service or directly through each social platform.
4. TikTok Data Usage
When you connect your TikTok account via Login Kit, we access your basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) and, with your permission, the ability to post videos on your behalf. We do not share your TikTok data with third parties. TikTok data is used solely to provide the content scheduling and posting features of Lucy Social.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We use Supabase for secure database storage and follow security best practices to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
