Lucy Social is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows users to schedule, create, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Pinterest.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Social Media Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. By connecting your social accounts, you authorize Lucy Social to access and manage those accounts on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's own terms of service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to post spam, illegal content, or content that violates third-party platform policies. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content you create and publish remains your property. Lucy Social claims no ownership over your content. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, and its underlying technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucy Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
